Use TIME Efficiently, Effectively

In Time Management, the catchword, SMART smartly stands for Simple Measures that Ascertain Resourceful usage of Time. “A stitch in time saves nine” and “Make hay while the sun shines” are two apt sayings about the value of time that tell us more about planning than all the management. They have meaning and relevance because we can all relate to the idea of prevention before a cure is needed. Besides, we all realize that once a problem has occurred, it is more difficult to deal with. The time to deal with problems is before they occur. But doing this requires good timing and planning ahead for emergencies and contingencies.

Time is the greatest and the strongest part to get a job or to do a job. It plays a very pivotal role in various competitive exams for the aspirants to crack the exams. So they have to manage their time effectively, efficiently and effortlessly.

General Awareness and computer related questions should be attempted first as they acquire the least time to be solved.
On an average, one minute for each question should be spared, otherwise the paper will be left unanswered completely.
If possible, skip the topic which is lengthy and time-consuming like puzzles of reasoning because they consume a lot of time to be solved.
Before taking the exams, the aspirant should take the test series, so that he/she can analyze it in how much time the paper gets completed. It really helps to improve your timing and solving speed.
Always recognize your strongest zone first and solve it in minimum time period.
Never divide equal time to each parts, consume more time in reasoning and quantitative aptitude because these two sections take the highest time.

Subject-wise Time Management Tips:
Reasoning:
This section is the trickiest and the most time-consuming section to be solved. This section is the biggest reason behind the failure and a big drawback and the weakest section for the aspirants because difficulty level of puzzles has increased.
Inequalities are the easiest part of this exam. It is possible to solve 5 questions related to inequalities within 2-3 minutes. If you know the technique to solve these questions, your accuracy will be hundred percent.
Data sufficiency is the easiest part, you don’t have to locate the right answer. This question may or may not appear in these exam, but if it appears, never skip it.
Topics related to blood relations, age problems and direction are easy to solve first. Choose between Seating arrangement and Puzzle. It is recommended to the aspirants to choose seating arrangement, if possible because it needs less time to solve.
Always attempt Number Series, Alphabetical arrangement of words initially because they require the least time to solve. Most of the aspirants consume much time in this section. It is advisable to attempt them correctly within less time, mostly the questions first which you know better. On an average 35 minutes are taken to solve this section.

English Language:
This section is quite time-consuming and quite tough to attempt as it includes paragraphs essay to read and then to attempt the question relatively. Check proper pattern and English preparation for bank or any competitive exam. Accordingly aspirants should firstly attempt the questions of error detection and correction, synonyms and antonyms etc. always skip on comprehension between the two and the one you are attempting, read it carefully and then attempt the questions because it takes time. If possible please skip the rearrangement question because it takes a lot of time to be solved. On an average around 18 minutes should be taken by the aspirant to attempt this section.

General Awareness:
This is the section which should be attempted by the aspirant on a second priority because it is also a less time-consuming as discussed above in computers likewise, General Awareness doesn’t have critical thinking inquiry and if the knowledge of current affairs is updated, anyone can attempt the quest -ions quickly. On an average aspirants should consume 12 minutes on this section to complete it because it is the easiest section to solve first.
